In the 1990s, Nahid Hasan left Bangladesh for Sweden, driven by dreams of higher education and a better future. Life, however, tested him with numerous challenges. But Nahid never wavered, often reminding himself, "I can do it." His persistence paid off when he founded Europe's first Bangladeshi-owned restaurant with a distinctly Bangladeshi identity, bringing his homeland's cuisine and culture to the forefront.
